Cove gives children two very different ways to reach the elevated platform.

ADA Stepped Access provides a gradual and predictable route into the structure. The steps and handrails make the ascent easy to understand and comfortable to navigate, helping more children become part of the play.

On the other side, the scramble net offers a more challenging approach. The flexible ropes move beneath the child’s weight, asking climbers to coordinate their hands and feet, adjust their balance and plan each movement as they work toward the deck.

Having both routes within the same structure allows children to choose the experience that suits them. They can take the familiar way up, test themselves on the scramble net or return to a route as their skills and comfort grow.

At the top, the X&O Panel creates a place to pause and play with friends or caregivers. Children can arrange the symbols, invent their own games or enjoy a familiar match of Xs and Os. The panel introduces turn-taking, simple strategy and social interaction into a fun game.

The slide provides an exciting return to the ground and completes an easy play loop. Children can climb, meet at the platform, play a game, slide down and circle around to choose their next way up.

Cove combines the warmth and texture of natural wood with carefully placed colour. Sustainably sourced laminated timber gives the playground an inviting, organic appearance that feels at home in parks, schoolyards and natural landscapes.

Colorful panels and slide options add energy and visual interest for children without overpowering the natural character of the structure. The timber remains the visual focus, allowing Cove to look playful and welcoming while blending comfortably into its surroundings.

An optional timber roof gives Cove the character of a small woodland shelter or playhouse. Without the roof, the structure has a lighter, more open appearance with clear sightlines through and around the play area.

Paint-free construction allows the natural grain and texture of the timber to remain visible while reducing ongoing maintenance. A 20-year warranty backs the laminated timber poles.

Applications

Cove is ideal for neighborhood parks, elementary schoolyards, child care programs and community playgrounds that need varied play within a compact footprint.

Its combination of easy access, challenging climbing, interactive play and sliding makes efficient use of a smaller space. The natural materials and welcoming scale also make Cove well suited to wooded settings, campgrounds, trail destinations and nature-inspired play areas.
